   Clients are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Best Balance Bookkeeping, LLC is not responsible for errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information.

5. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

   Services are limited to bookkeeping only.
2. No Tax Advice or Filing
   Best Balance Bookkeeping, LLC is not a CPA or EA and does not provide tax preparation, tax filing, or tax advice. Consult a licensed tax professional for any tax matters.
3. Client-Caused Errors
   Best Balance Bookkeeping, LLC is not responsible for errors, losses, or issues resulting from:
   • Inaccurate or incomplete client information
   • Missing or late documents
   • Client actions or omissions

6. Limitation of Liability

1. Financial Liability
   Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services in question.
2. No Indirect or Consequential Damages

3. Payments: No refunds for prepaid services.
