Get Your Books in Order Before the Year Ends — 20% Off Holiday Promotion

The end of the year is the perfect time to get your finances organized and start the new year stress-free. If your bookkeeping has fallen behind or you need a cleanup, this is a great time to take action.

Best Balance Bookkeeping is offering

20% off!

Get 20% off your first invoice for any service paid between Black Friday (November 28th) and New Year’s Eve (December 31st). You can schedule services to start anytime before March 31st, 2026, so you get the benefit now (a tax deductible expense to offset the revenue for your business before year-end) without needing to start immediately.

Why Year-End Bookkeeping Matters

Whether you’ve been keeping up with monthly bookkeeping or are a few months behind, year-end bookkeeping ensures:

  • Reduce this year’s taxable income by taking the expense in this calendar year.
  • Your books are accurate for tax reporting and financial decisions.
  • You start the new year with a clear financial picture of your next best move.
  • Any discrepancies or missing transactions are caught and corrected before they cause problems later.

  • 20% off your first invoice for any bookkeeping service.
  • Services can start anytime before March 31st, 2026.
  • Pay by December 31st, 2025 to lock in your discount.

Recommended services for year-end preparation:

  • Cleanup & Catch-Up Bookkeeping: Get your accounts up-to-date, reconcile transactions, and fix errors before taxes are due.
  • Year-End Close & Reporting: Ensure your financial statements are accurate and ready for tax season.
  • Monthly Bookkeeping Services: Keep your books organized for ongoing success.

How It Works

  1. Fill out our short questionnaire
Tell us about your books — the number of bank accounts, credit cards, loans, transactions, depreciable assets, and how many months you’re behind.
  2. Receive your invoice
Once your questionnaire is submitted, we’ll send your invoice within 48 hours.
  3. Pay by December 31st
To secure your 20% discount, payment must be completed by December 31st, 2025.
  4. Schedule your start date
You can begin services anytime before March 31st, 2026 — giving you flexibility to start after the holidays or once your other year-end tasks are wrapped up.
  5. Adjustments if needed
Your invoice will be based on the information you provide. If anything changes once we review your records, any overpayment will be credited to your account, or we’ll invoice for any additional work if the scope increases.

FAQ: Holiday 20% Off Bookkeeping Promotion

How do I claim the 20% discount?

Fill out our short bookkeeping questionnaire with details about your accounts, transactions, and bookkeeping needs. If completed correctly, we’ll send your invoice within 48 hours. Pay the invoice by December 31st, 2025 to secure the discount.

Can I schedule my service to start later?

Yes! You can schedule any service to start by March 31st, 2026. The 20% discount applies as long as your invoice is paid by December 31st, 2025, regardless of your start date within the mentioned period

What happens if I apply on December 31st but haven’t paid yet?

The 20% discount applies only to invoices paid by 11:59 pm PT December 31st, 2025. Please note that invoices can take up to 48 hours to issue after you submit your questionnaire. If you email or submit your form on December 31st, you likely won’t receive your invoice in time to complete payment, and the discount will no longer apply — the invoice will revert to standard pricing.

To guarantee the discount, please submit your questionnaire by December 29th.

What information do I need to provide in the questionnaire?

We’ll need an estimate of:

  • Number of credit cards and bank accounts
  • Transactions per account
  • Loans and depreciable assets
  • How many months behind your bookkeeping is

This helps us provide an accurate estimate for your cleanup/catchup or monthly bookkeeping service.

What if my bookkeeping is more complex than I estimated?

The invoice you receive will be based on your initial information. If we discover additional work once we begin, we’ll invoice for the difference after confirming the details of the work. In the case of overpayment, we will credit that amount to your account, and applied to work done in the future by us.

Does the discount apply to all services?

Yes, the 20% discount applies to all bookkeeping services — cleanup/catchup, monthly bookkeeping, year-end close, or DIY support — but only for your first invoice.

How long will it take to get started after I pay the invoice?

Once you’ve paid, we’ll schedule your services at a time that works best for you — as long as the start date is before March 31st, 2026.

What if I have questions about my estimate or invoice?

Just email cody@bestbalancebookkeeping.com. We’ll review your questionnaire and clarify any details before you pay to make sure the estimate fits your needs.

Scheduling is handled on a first-come, first-served basis. While we’ll make every effort to accommodate your preferred start date, availability may become limited as March 31st approaches.

The completion date of your bookkeeping work is not guaranteed and depends on several factors, including:

  • How soon you provide requested documents and account access
  • The complexity of your bookkeeping situation
  • Our current project queue at the time of scheduling

We encourage you to book and provide information early to ensure your project can be completed on time and with care.
